Donor Advised Funds:
Working with GCF to set up your Donor-Advised Fund account allows your funds to help support Grenada even while you are busy doing other things.
How does it work you ask?
A donor-advised fund is a vehicle a donor uses to contribute cash or assets to create a fund in a “sponsoring organization,” such as a community foundation. The donor, or someone representing the donor, can then choose how the sponsoring organization distributes the funds. Some donor-advised funds are distributed in full during the donor’s lifetime; others become a permanent legacy, benefiting the donor’s favorite causes into the future.
Why should I establish a Donor-Advised Fund?
* Donor-advised funds with allow your generosity and passion for your favorite charity to continue without your administration
* GCF funds experts can help you establish strategies to meet your philanthropic goals
* Permanent donor-advised funds preserves the donor’s legacy
